Introduction

Missionary Spirit Travel is a young company founded in 2004 by the Holy Ghost Congregation (Spiritans) East Africa Province in collaboration with the Catholic Diocese of Zanzibar. Although the company is young, it has its historical background from the first Spiritan Missionaries who came into East Africa over 100 years ago. Today more than 170 Spiritans from East Africa together with other Spiritans from different places of the world are working in about 63 countries all over the world. Missionary Spirit Travel is situated in Arusha town along Arusha-Moshi-Road. Along with the network of all Catholic Dioceses of Tanzania, the company can make use of the deep knowledge, the facilities and infrastructures of the Catholic Church in the country. Through this network, we know the country and its people, speak their language, we are familiar with their customs and routed in their culture and history. Missionary Spirit Travel would like to share this rich experience with interested visitors from other countries and all faith.
